Order Processing & Shipping
We strive to fulfill orders as soon as you place them. Fulfilment time is separate from shipping time. Orders are fulfilled Monday-Saturday (excluding holidays). Fulfilment time requires 24 to 48 working hours. Once ordered are fulfilled they are shipped to the address you entered at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable for products returned due to an issue. Refunds will be issued for the net price of your item(s) excluding the shipping charge.
You as a customer can cancel your order anytime within 8 hours of placing your order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.
For most serviceable pin-codes, we try to deliver within 4-6 business days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason - it may take longer. You will however able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner. Currently, due to COVID-19, there might be a slight delay in your orders, but rest easy knowing you can easily track them. Kindly expect a delay in deliveries due to lockdown restrictions in some areas.
Return policy is only applicable in the case of defective products and size issues. As the products are designed exclusively for you. So, the exchange policy is applicable but you won’t be refunded. We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and intact packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If we’re out of stock in the case of an exchange, the refund will be given after deducting transaction charges and shipping charges.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We would also recommend you to make a video of unboxing the item so that we can process your request quickly. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an RML (Return Merchandise Location). Place the item securely in its original packaging including your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the RML Mentioned in the follow-up mail from us. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange, will not be accepted. You can always prefer our Contact us page for any type of other queries.
